Every product sold through this program is a research-grade material supplied solely for in-vitro scientific investigation by qualified purchasers. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; they are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic application. By ordering, you certify that you are a qualified purchaser acquiring materials for lawful research or lawful resale, and you accept full responsibility for compliant handling, labeling, and use downstream of delivery.
The program is invite-only. Orders submitted through the portal are requests, not completed sales — every order is reviewed and confirmed by our team before any charge. We may decline or adjust any order at our discretion. Your price book is personal to your account and confidential; sharing portal access or pricing outside your organization is grounds for account termination.
An invoice is issued when your order is approved. Payment is by wire or ACH using the details provided with your invoice. Invoices are due on receipt unless credit terms have been extended to your account in writing. New accounts are prepay until terms are extended. Orders ship after payment clears.
Prices are set per account and are valid for 30 days from the date shown on your price book, subject to change with notice. A minimum advertised price [MAP] policy applies to resale: products purchased through this program may not be publicly advertised at less than 2× your wholesale per-vial equivalent. MAP protects every partner's margin. Violations trigger account review and may result in termination.
Case orders: freight is calculated and confirmed at order review, billed at cost. Fulfillment-program orders: the $5 per-vial fulfillment fee covers packaging [bubble wrap, poly mailer or box, your label]; postage is billed at cost unless otherwise agreed. Title and risk of loss pass to you on carrier delivery.
Research materials are not returnable. Damaged, incorrect, or dead-on-arrival shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; verified claims are replaced or credited in full. Temperature-sensitive items are final sale once shipped.
If you resell, you agree to: keep research-use-only labeling and language intact; make no medical, therapeutic, or consumption claims in any listing, ad, or communication; and comply with all laws applicable to your sales channels and jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for your marketing and your customers, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your resale.
We may update these terms, adjust the catalog, or suspend and terminate accounts at our discretion. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions go to your account contact.
